NORTH PACIFIC UNION CONFERENCE (June 30, 2009) — Paul A. Gordon, Ellen G. White Estate director from 1990 to 1995 and long time pastor/teacher in the Northwest and, died in Medford, Ore., on June 25, 2009, following a recent diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. He was 79.

NORTH PACIFIC UNION CONFERENCE (June 29, 2009) — The Northwest Headquarters of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, officially called North Pacific Union Conference, will move to a four-day work week beginning the week of July 20, 2009.

MONTANA CONFERENCE (June 21, 2009) — Montana Conference delegates met Sunday, June 21, in Bozeman for the 60th regular constituency session and re-elected John Loor, Jr., president and Ray Jimenez III, vice president for administration and finance.

ALLEGHENY EAST CONFERENCE (June 26, 2009) — A major thunderstorm late Friday afternoon, June 26 caused destruction at the Allegheny East camp meeting held on the campus of Pine Forge Academy in Pennsyvania.

NORTH AMERICAN DIVISION (May 13, 2009) — Hope Channel is working with DIRECTV to resolve issues reported by subscribers who are not able to receive Hope Channel due to outdated DIRECTV hardware.

GENERAL CONFERENCE (May 11, 2009) — The General Conference International Health and Temperance Association has voted to accept Adventist Regeneration Ministries as an associated health ministry.
