Scott Price and Kavitha Nelapudi were baptized on Sabbath, June 25, in the Eugene Church, the day before their marriage. It was a re-baptism for both of them. They wanted to symbolize a new beginning together with Christ. Greg Middlestetter, Eugene pastor, also performed the marriage ceremony at Elizabeth’s Secret Garden in Eugene.

Scott met Kavitha through mutual friends. Through her and her family, he affirmed his desire to follow his Lord and become a Seventh-day Adventist. They will be living in Eugene. Scott is a millwright and studying to be a contractor and Kavitha is a nursing assistant and will be returning to school this year.
