Doug and LoWana Blair have chosen to be missionaries in Bethel, Alaska. They presently attend the Northside Church and have worked in Anchorage for many years. Doug was an estimator for a large heating company, and LoWana is an active massage therapist. Doug retired this August, and they hope to soon begin their mission in Bethel.

Doug will be the Bible worker, under the direction of Edson Joseph, district pastor. The Blairs have done a ShareHIM series in Texas as well as in Anchorage, Alaska, worked with Gospel Mission, and assisted in prison ministry. They are planning to open a homeless shelter in Bethel.
